They have some fried stuff like shrimp tempura but the main dishes aren't fried

There are two Gluten free meals on the menu. Avocado Bbq chicken with choice of noodle or steamed rice with fish sauce ...and...Salmon Bibimbap. With Gluten free teriyaki sauce. ...and there is a gluten free chocolate cream cake on the desert menu.
